Early last year Tony helped me purchase my first home. He was actually referred to me by a friend who he had already gotten into an incredibly nice place in the Benton Park area. I was impressed by the house that he had found for my friend, and used that as the blueprint for what I wanted to find for myself. Tony not only took into account the things I was looking for from my initial interest, but also worked with me as the things I looked for changed after a few different showings.Keeping in mind the state of the market around that time, finding a place was no easy task. We ended up putting offers in on a couple of different houses, but having moved to Saint Louis recently, I was limited on how aggressive my offers could be. Tony kept at it though, updating me through email with houses he had found and setting up showings that worked with my schedule, at some point we were meeting for multiple showings on multiple different days during the week. Even though some of the homes we looked at didn’t quite check all the boxes that I had in my mind, none of them were disappointing. I could tell that he was committed to putting me in a nice place, in a safe area.Eventually, Tony came to me with two locations that were in the process of being restored by a developer that he had worked with previously. Knowing that this specific developer produced high quality houses, he felt comfortable showing me the locations even though they were still under construction. Both of the places were amazing, but one of them really caught my eye. The price that the developer wanted for the property was a bit steep for what I was able to spend, but Tony set to working out a deal with them to bring them into the price range I was able to work with. After we had worked out a deal and gotten the property under contract, Tony took care of the heavy lifting. He recommended an engineering inspector that was not only friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable about the older construction and restorations in the Saint Louis area. All of the other inspections were done by companies that he has used before and trusts to do a good job. Since the house was still under construction when we started under contract, Tony kept me in the loop on the progress of the house, and set up times for me to be able to check in on the work as it was being done.Once everything had been finished with the construction, there were some minor details to work out with the AC system, and some equipment left behind by the construction crews, but once again Tony took care of getting in touch with the seller and made everything incredibly easy. It doesn’t stop there though. Since closing on my new home, Tony has made sure to frequently check in with me about how things are going with life in a new city, and to make sure that I’m still happy with the house. I would completely and totally recommend that anyone who is looking for a home, whether you’re new to the market or even more experienced, should work with Tony. In just a few months, he helped me go from having never thought about what it took to buy a house, to living in a home that I love.

We first met Irina while we were renting a house she was representing. I'm so glad we met her then so we could work with her down the road! We KNEW from that day on after meeting her, that if we ever sold a house, she would be the one to do it. My favorite word to describe her is 'DRIVEN'. You won't find another agent who works as hard for you as a client. Her customer service is INCREDIBLE. We moved out of state and had her selling our home that we left behind and she made all the arrangements for us, called people she knew to help with painting (and they did a GREAT job!), helped us throughout the whole process - she even came out after hours to our home and let workers in and out of our house on HER time and didn't ask a thing from us for doing so. Impressive!! I'm serious - customer service is Irina's middle name! She runs a very tight ship in regards to paperwork, timing and communication - which we appreciated since we were working with a relocation company. When she didn't hear from them , she would contact us and follow up so we could make sure things were moving on both sides. Her communication is second to none! I would receive emails, texts and calls at all times throughout the entire sale process letting me know how things were going, any issues we needed to address and anything of importance.Her marketing, photos and presentation are extremely professional. I found her to be reasonable, treated us with integrity and honesty at all times. She's very up front and you know what you're dealing with at all times. She pulls no punches, is a straight shooter and is VERY trustworthy.We loved her service, her personality and professionalism.
